Linette Nesbitt is responsible for documentation filing and retrieval and provides support for the legal secretaries and the Accounts Department.

Yarasanches Swain is the Bookkeeper in the Accounts Department of the firm. She is also the understudy for the legal secretaries in litigation, company and probate matters.

Denise Brown is a Legal Secretary, with over 20 years of expertise in the areas of litigation, company formation and administration, probate.

Janis Marshall Bostwick

Janis Marshall Bostwick is the Legal Secretary, with over 30 years’ experience in the areas of Conveyancing, Mortgages, Debentures and Probate.

Yarasanches Swain

Yarasanches Swain is the Bookkeeper in the Accounts Department of the firm. She is also the understudy for the legal secretaries in litigation, company and probate matters. Yara joined Sears & Co. in June 1994 directly after high school graduation.
